- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates All rates will be determined after initial meetings with clients and discussions of their needs. Small Business Rate: $35 to $50 Non-Profit Rate: $25 to $35
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have an initial call or meeting with you to discuss where you are and where you would like to be. I then follow up with a detailed report of the services I can provide, any set up needs through Quickbooks/Xero or Freshbooks including a Charts of Accounts, and estimated hours. Once we are both on the same page I will get to work with the data entry and reconciliations. I also provide monthly support to keep you up to date with all your finances and can send along reports detailing your Profit and Loss as well as account balances.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up with parents who worked very hard at their own business and since I was a computer savvy lady, I learned Quickbooks at a very young age of 13 and helped my father's business. It was always something that I fell back on during my undergrad and helped me pay my way through school. Since then I have just found it easiest to keep up the trajectory and have helped many clients get their systems in place.
