- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial estimate is set in stone. It includes all stain removal, odor removal, fabric protector, etc. We simply do not up-charge at all. This is a tactic used by many carpet cleaning companies in the industry to boost sales. We do not do this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can do estimates over the phone or in person! Sometimes it is required for us to lay eyes on the job, but for the majority of the time, we can provide an estimate with just a few questions over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
