Introduction: Personal one on one or small group training located in a private studio in inner NE near Lloyd center. Over 15 years of experience working with a range of ages and athletic abilities. I love being able to motivate people and hold them accountable to goals we set. Seeing clients make progress always motivates me even more. Fully vaccinated!! Covid precautions taken. Let me just start by saying, if you want to have a booty that will make J.Lo jealous, Belle is your girl. Sure, she works you to death, but she does it with such hilarity that you almost forget you're exercising. It's like a workout and a stand-up comedy show all rolled into one. And let's talk about how amazing she is. She's the type of person who will give you a pep talk when you need it most and make you feel like a million bucks. So, if you're ready to sweat, laugh, and work on your curves, Belle's your girl. Just be prepared for some serious thigh burns and a whole lot of giggles.
