- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hard question to answer.... Projects vary from client to client due to project terms, budget, client goals, client industry, etc... For ongoing projects, programs usually start at $300/month but for one off projects, that can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process changes for the needs of each client, but typically follows the following steps: Kick Off - Get all project owners together to review the project goal, tactics and timing to ensure we are all on the same page. Check Ins - Depending on project, client availability set up periodic formal check ins to track progress. This can be done via email, phone or in person. I typically email informal updates as I go along to keep clients in the loop. Final Report - Upon completion of project, review project details with all project owners to ensure all expectations have been met and exceeded.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Coming out of college, my dream was to work in the ad agency world and be surrounded by those who were passionate about their creative visions. Luckily, a boutique firm in Seattle - Creature - took a chance on me. At Creature, I was fortunate enough to touch many different aspects of marketing from media strategy to digital advertising to account management. After living in a world of working for large corporations, I wanted to take my skills and help small, growing businesses realize their dreams.
