- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $15 flat rate for Intake (first session). After that session, our fees are based on a sliding scale based on income, ranging from $10-50 per session. We are willing to negotiate fees due to financial hardship. We do not bill for insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT 1) Call our office. 2) Participate in a phone screening (15-20 minutes) 3) Come in for an Intake Appointment 4) Engage services with a therapist
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our therapists are currently at the end of their graduate training in Professional Mental Health Counseling, Professional Mental Health Counseling with specialization in Addictions, or Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy. Supervisors at the center are faculty and/or licensed professionals. The director is a licensed psychologist and National Certified Counselor.
