I like Tindell because I think they charge me a fair price for their property management services and I like the monthly and annual statements they send. It makes doing my taxes much easier.

They are a professional office. When we first started working with Jessica Tindell we were very impressed with her knowledge and communication skills. They have dealt with the tenants directly without dragging us into it and that has been great. We are able to communicate with Jon Taylor or Jessica if need be very easily.
