I love seeing people feel surprisingly significant changes on the first session. When my clients return, they tell me all the things they can do that they love and couldn't do until our work together. With this improvement, people gain hope for their future living in their body and develop a new positive relationship with their body. Sometimes, this allows people to keep doing work they love, enjoy again exercise that keeps them going, to pick up their kids again, or even gain or keep a romantic relationship...occasionally we let go of stuck emotions too.

I have been going to Mira sporadically for years for body work. She is a very gifted healer and she has helped me through several rounds of different chronic and acute injuries (I am both an office worker and extreme weekend warrior). She not only has hands of steel (if you want/need the pressure) and extremely deep technical knowledge of the body and structural integration techniques, she is also a kind and warm human being whose presence helps to relax me as well.
