- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes maintenance of equipment, linens, oil/lotion and travel to your home, hotel or business. 2.75% fee added for credit/debit payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll ask a lot of questions before we start, to get a better understanding of what to focus on and meet your needs/expectations. Then, I'll explain the whole process and make sure you're comfortable throughout the session. After the session, we can discuss payment. I accept cash, debit/credit, Venmo and Cash app payments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my education in Virginia and have done my continuing education in Oregon. I've worked at a highly rated spa in Washington DC and am now focusing on more personalized services with in-home massage.
