- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm not the most expensive, nor the least, and with enough information, I can give an accurate, fair, overall price for an entire project. As each project is different (yay!), it's difficult to hang a "one price fits all" tag on a project. I'll be more than happy to send a more comprehensive quote once all the parameters are discussed. I also realize budgets are a necessary reality, and am willing to explore options to make your budget work. Just let me know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I don't have a set process for new clients, but will likely want a quick discussion to thoroughly understand project parameters, goals and what the final deliverables might be. My ultimate goal is to help celebrate the success of my clients!
- What types of customers have you worked with?I've worked with clients large and small - from entrepreneurs just getting started to large corporations. All across a broad spectrum of industries. I find I enjoy projects where I can work one-on-one with the primary stakeholder(s) and can get feedback first-hand. I can also see the results more quickly, and can make adjustments if necessary.
