Bill is always so helpful when I have issues with my laptop. Not only does he fix the problem but he then did a diagnostic and deleted the viruses that could potentially have triggered other issues. He was very thorough.

I hired Bill to secure closet door hardware to the concrete subfloor in my basement. Unfortunately, after paying Bill in full I discovered that he was unsuccessful. I was able to pull the hardware right out of the floor by hand. However, he was a nice guy and he did try. Plus, his being here gave me a couple of ideas & ultimately, I was able to fix the problem myself.
