Did a great job replacing the window but customer service was horrible. He didnt take the time out to seal my window up for the next day. I was left a whole night with no window concealor. My husband was really upset that he didnt think why he would leave a woman alone with no protection over something that he was fixing.

Jamisha, I'm glad you're happy with the work but sorry for the customer service. I explained to you that I forgot the plastic and you said it was O.K. I would have gone and bought plastic to put up.
