I needed a new fence carpenter to build a fence and add a wall inside my home that was being remodeled. The fence looked beautiful and the wall was done well so I decided to ask if they also did bathroom or kitchen remodeling work. Bill said that he had a wide range of work he could perform or manage for me so I started small and had them redo a small bathroom. The bathroom work included cabinets, bathtub, shower walls, new travertine floor and painting. After the bathroom was complete and saving up for a few weeks we moved on to the kitchen. He assisted in the design and layout with the designer. The work took several weeks but it was beautiful and was much better than the drawings. After several months of work on my home, it is perfect with there help. I can't thank them enough and will pass there info on to friends.

I’d like to say that WS Building Services was great to work with however, I’m not able to do so. Sullivan made an appointment with us to look at a hardscape project we want to do in our backyard. Friday 12/8 he confirmed the appt via text msg at 11:00 a.m. Saturday 12/9 at 11:30 a.m., the scheduled appointment, he was a no-show and no-call. While nobody is perfect in this day and age of technology at our fingertips, there is no excuse for not calling or texting if you can’t keep your appointment. To his credit he called and said he got his days mixed up so I gave him another chance. He wanted to review an estimate on Friday 12/15 @ 3:00 p.m. Again, a no-show and no call. A contractor is nothing to me if they can’t be relied upon, is not professional and is not considerate of other people’s time. Do not waste your time with this guy.

Pricing is dependent upon the project. The two models we use are (T&M) - time and materials or Project Bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An email or text along with pictures to describe work to be completed is a great way to start. A phone call can also help explain and speed you through the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have in excess of 15 years plus of building commercial, residential buildings and landscape projects from the ground up. Currently in process of gaining new licensees for further project variety fulfillment. We are proud that we have completed projects from backyard fencing, concrete patios, landscape renovations, kitchen/bath/home remodels to complete ground up completion of both residential and commercial projects. Trades that we specialize in are Framing/Carpentry, Landscape, Masonry, Concrete, Painting, Plumbing, projects for residential, commercial and municipal clients.
