Attorney Fyfe assisted me in a Prenuptial Marital Agreement as well as my Estate Plan (which included a Revocable Living Trust, Power of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directive). I didn't know exactly what I needed, but had a general idea that I wanted to protect my hard-earned assets and prevent my family from having to go to probate court upon my passing (as I have had to go through probate court after a loved one passed to finalize their estate and it was a lengthy, stressful, and expensive experience). Attorney Fyfe gave me all the options and did not pressure me in any way. Ultimately I decided to get a full estate plan and prenup (as I've also been through a divorce and know what a nightmare that can be). And if I ever have to go through another divorce (fingers crossed that doesn't happen), Attorney Fyfe will be my go to divorce lawyer! Attorney Fyfe was super detail oriented and made me feel well cared for. Her prices were very reasonable which I appreciated. Her professionalism and advice made for an overall pleasant experience.
