Need for Build had a friendly rep, good terms. Their quote was the middle of the pack, but my confidence in their services swayed the decisions. They are licensed and bonuses for our type of project and use similar material source .

We decided to do our front yard and court yard. So we reached out to several companies. From their response we chose Need For Build. Aviram called out and we went over what we wanted done. With everything i mentioned we wanted done. Aviram would always have a very prompt response with solid design ideas. Which was great. I had previous guys come out and they seemed to be going through the motions. So we decided to go with Need for Build and we were not disappointed. From day 1 until the finish, their team were always on top off it. If we needed to talk about something or change something (within reason) they were happy to listen and change what needed to be done. Their work has been excellent. Aviram was always quick to respond and had visited the site regularly. Their foreman was always checking on the work too and if we had questions or small issues, he would listen and deal with them. So much so we added some interior lighting to the project. Which were installed professionally and with great care. Everything they did was top notch and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them for future projects. I would highly recommend them. The finished article pictures are attached. The yard before the work was outdated and dying. We removed real grass for turf and they came up with a cool design. We extended the driveway too with pavers and were not disappointed with the result.

We are so happy to finally find honest, responsive, qualifed builders with a wide skillset to fit the range of household projects we've had in mind! We contacted Need for Build to help with the steep hill in our backyard. Avi and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and their experience and ability to do landscape as well as construction helped us understand all the options. He also put us in touch with structural engineer to humor our grandiose deck idea. Ultimately we agreed with his first honest assessment that it would not be worth the expense. One project to build a retaining wall quickly turned into three projects with Need for Build as we were so pleased with the quality of the work and how quickly and seemlessly the project progressed. We now have safe new concrete stairs with a beautiful fence and handrail that give easy access to lovely low-maintenance artificial grass. We are so grateful to have easy access to a safe soft grassy area for our young kids to play, especially during the COVID quarantine. Avi talked and texted with me frequently for updates. We always knew when they were coming and they came on time and finished quickly. Even my Mr Fix-It father-in-law was impressed with the care and quality of the construction! We already have another project in mind for them when it's safer to have people in the house again. I don't usually write reviews and I've had several bad experiences in the past, but we highly recommend Avi and Need for Build.
