- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price does increase for more snow. More snow requires more time and more trips to your property to do it. That is a standard in the snow removal business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get name, phone number, address, and email. I check out the property and get all the information from the customer about what they need done. I then email out a contract with pricing for the customer to review and have no hidden fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience. I also attended school for mechanics and can fix my own equipment and have many parts on hand to keep me going 24 hours a day and not have to wait for a shop to open.
