The Legacy String Trio began performing together in 2011 at the University of Rhode Island. Since then, we have focused our time together on arranging and performing contemporary and popular music. With a combination of classical and contemporary repertoire, we are the ideal match for your special occasion! The members of Legacy String Trio played at both of our Catholic and Jewish wedding ceremonies, as well as our cocktail hour, in April 2015. From the moment I asked the trio to be part of our wedding day, they were professional and knowledgeable in guiding us in our music selections for both ceremonies. We were given lists of music and advised as to what would be appropriate for each part of the Catholic and Jewish ceremony. They helped my husband and me select music that fit our style and personalities for the ceremonies, and music our guests of all ages would enjoy for the cocktail hour. Their expertise put us at ease during a stressful time of planning our special day. When our wedding day arrived we were confident in the Legacy String Trio to add that special touch and they did just that; simply amazing! My husband and I are very grateful to have had the Legacy String Trio be part of our wedding and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to add that special touch to their wedding day.
