Meredith is thoughtful, concise, creative, and very clever.
You know those people that you always want to find a way to work with? Or whom you unintentionally compare new hires to? That's Meredith for me.
Not only is she a great writer, and tech savvy, but she also has a firm grasp of the mechanics of the English language - something more and more rare to find! As her previous manager it was so nice to have a grammatical question and have someone who actually knew the answer.
Aside from her writing, she has a strategic mind and can pick up and adapt to anything thrown at her. New software, company protocol, tone of voice, she can do it.
