- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rates. We do our best to give estimates before arrival, but sometimes the explanation was either vague or the depth of work too large to give an exact quote. Unforeseen complications may arise upon arrival and look at the lock job. Any additional fees/costs will be given before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require proof of ownership of your home via a Drivers License, Utility Bill. We do not record this information, but will ask upon arrival to keep the integrity of work being done. Thanks for your understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 8 years experience with lock repair, installation and service.
