- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Only accept clients who have required travel documents and are ready to deposit their trips that will allow payment plans.. or pay in full for those that require. I do charge a small upfront research fee of $25 per trip you will get 3 quotes to choose from before making a commitment to purchase I am here to assist you with all your travel needs... from simple to complex!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is Easy Peasy...1. I will send you a link to get the needed information for us to research and book your trip, 2. we will set up a phone call to go over all the information, so we truly understand what it is you want to get out of your travel plans, 3. Will send you several quotes to choose from = we will then make any adjustments needed. 4. will send you invoice 5. you will send credit card authorization form 6. will book your wonderful trip 7. We will do all your check ins, required 8. pack and go 9. Available 24/7 for any issues that may arise before, during and after your vacation!
