My dad is an architect and as a youngster I would always be in awe seeing his team turn an empty space into a structure or turn a rundown house into a beautiful home when, I would go on sites with him, since then I worked with him a bit, before my wife and I created our company, and I’ve been told that I’m very gifted with my hands not to mention I’ve always loved creating with them, starting a new project, and getting to bring new life to something that may need a little tlc or elbow grease. I also love seeing the look on my clients face when I transform their space into something new or updated. It brings me much satisfaction after a full day of work.

I heard about Xavier through a friend because I was looking to do a few projects around my house and the quotes I was getting was ridiculously expensive. I called him and told him what I wanted done and he came over the next day and gave me a quote the next, he was super nice and very professional. He gave me the price and I didn't have to think about nothing else! He got the material, did the work and removed everything afterwards. Since then whatever I need done I call him. He's super responsive and always looking at how he can save me a buck...very satisfied customer of Line Innovations.

We needed someone to renovate our three bedroom apt and I was searching for a reliable company, this company is small but the knowledge and energy he possessed made me want to use him. His team was small 3guys, but they worked like 10 men. At the time my neighbour across the street was also renovating and we started around the same time, my apt was done a little after my neighbour, but the quality of work was amazing compared to my neighbour who had 7guys. My apartment looked like a completely new place, even my neighbour agreed that the workmanship was amazing. Great guys will always recommend and use.
