- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our Bookkeeping Services start at $350 per month, other projects and services are quoted individually, depending upon the client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We prefer to meet in person either at our offices or at the client's office. It is always beneficial to have business conversations in person in order to get a better understanding of the services needed. After the meeting, we will send a formal proposal to the customer for review and signature. Once the proposal has been approved by the client, we finalize any remaining details and begin work immediately. We work with clients remotely and onsite, and can accommodate any special needs as requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The CEO and founder, Mr. Puerto holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting and has over 17 years of varied experience in the accounting field. He is also a certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
