- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer extremely competitive pricing and have a number of different products, services, or consulting packages that can be offered depending on the needs of your audience. I am also very flexible, given my many years of experience in the industry, to tailor the presentation or workshop that is best for your participants. In addition, I also have regularly offered packages that include both consulting and speaking, to assure that both you and the participants can get the most out of our engagement!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a working in a detailed and "hands on" manner. Although I offer a variety of standard presentations that I've delivered over the years - I always prefer to customize based on your specific needs. I offer a standardized process questionnaire to any new client, whether speaking or consulting, that can be completed on your own or with me on a video or phone meeting. The questions during this process come from years of presentations and workshops to make sure we don't miss any details and create the best experience possible.
