- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To complete a full set of architectural drawings to build your new home is $1.00 per square foot of livable space. Remodels and additions would be priced on a per project basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first meeting would be to get familiar with what your needs and wants are for your project. When we get back together I will have a preliminary floor plan and elevations to discuss. We will go through the plans to see if there are any areas that we need to make a change to. Once the preliminary plans meet your approval I will then complete the plans to become construction documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college to earn an associate degree in Civil Engineering. Once I graduated I went to work in an architectural office designing homes. During this time I gained the real life knowledge and developed a style that I still used today.
