FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to certain types of work we have a square foot cost so it's very easy to give on site estimates or quotes overy themail phone/email. If there are some things that the customer wants done and we don't have a square foot cost available then we take into account what the material cost will as well as the estimated time it would take to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to meet with the customer on site to get a good understanding of who they are and what they want. We can also do a lot with technology these days so it's not uncommon to give a quote after we have received pictures or drawings, engineering plans etc. After listening to the customer we will come up with a design and a plan of action. Once we agree on a price we will have a contract prepared which will describe the work to be done and all the responsibilities of both the owner and contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always keeping up with the new material available and applying our education and experience into all phases of the projects we do. We stay current on our license and insurance as well as keep in touch with all of our suppliers and any additional classes or courses we can be apart of. We never stop learning...or teaching
