- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our third party billing company uses the same billing software the insurance companies do, so there is an extremely accurate and detailed bill submitted to the client's insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what the client needs, answer any questions they have, and get them timely and accurate answers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has an excellent working knowledge of houses and their systems. Our General Manager and our Project Manager have long histories in healthcare and commercial kitchens (think CLEAN!!). Our general manager has worked in Healthcare (operations and construction) as well has home remodeling for 20 years.
