- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by forms, I charge a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first talk with a potential client I ask they about their tax history, how they file before, updated them about any changes that has taken place concerning taxes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associate's degree in accounting and I am also a certified public notary.
