- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the realistic value I can bring your business or project. I do not propose we work together until I’m certain I can provide value. If I discover I’m not able to, I will make a recommendation to look elsewhere.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a lot of good questions to understand their goals, challenges, and constraints. I strive for shared understanding of what success will look like including specific metrics. I also like to understand the core values of my customers so that I can be sure my work aligns with them. I then make a plan with goals and a timeline that we can both agree on. Lastly, I deliver on time and on budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergrad in Communications and Entrepreneurship from on of the nations top Universities. I also have a MBA in marketing and Technology Entrepreneurship. Through my current employer, I am trained in web development, copywriting, sales, content marketing, campaign management, project management, and people management.
