FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our firm offers flat-fee pricing on most case types, flexible payment plans, and advanced payment discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During your initial telephonic or in-office consultation, Attorney Stuart Matthews will obtain from you all relevant information needed to evaluate your immigration situation and inform you of your options. He will then memorialize the conversation in an e-mail and attach a Representation Agreement outlining the recommended work, estimated timeline, and proposed payment plan, together with a Credit Card Authorization Form. Stuart will answer any follow-up questions and, upon receipt of the signed Rep Agreement and completed CCAF, will begin work on your case.
