- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent on the project. A 30 second commercial can cost $500 or $5,000 depending on the production value and talent/location/editing needs, etc.. Just as a 25 person wedding or event is very different than a 350 person wedding or event. We want to help you tell your story and can tailor a package that suits your needs and marketing plan and most importantly your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone conversation/consultation followed by a sharing of relevant digital portfolio. After that we discuss the details and meet in person to better understand the client needs and discuss budget. Once we agree on terms, we set an appropriate deposit and iron out details/schedule/needs and issues in the days or weeks leading up to the shoot.

8 Years as a professional photographer and 20 years in consultative relationship based sales and marketing.
