- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for our service. It is hourly for the most part unless the client requires more than one entertainer or more than two dancers. In those cases, we offer a discount for any additional people they want to hire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I contact the client personally to obtain more information in regards to their job requirements. I want to make sure that we are able to fulfill their requirements to the best of our ability. After contacting the client initially, I then follow up with pictures and price options. I wait a reasonable amount of time for a response. If I do not get one, I will contact them again to make sure they received our e-mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in customer service related work including event planning, personnel, customer service, clerical, billing, receiving and all marketing.
