- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Estate: I represent a brand name company and commissions are negotiable for seller listings. Property Management: Flat fees offered for convenience and savings. We are full-service and conduct complete tenant background checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To establish a business relationship with a new client; I will schedule a personal meeting to exchange information and introduce my services to ensure that they meet client standards and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Realtor since 2002 serving the Inland Empire and adjoining communities along the Foothills.... Los Angeles to San Bernardino. I have an active Real Estate License as well as a Mortgage Loan License (NMLS #922387). I assist with managing Property Management properties (single-family and multi-unit) for new and seasoned investors; and maintain great relationships between landlord/tenant. I also have great communication & negotiation skills..... building great partnerships have led to my success and that of my clients.
