I was really impressed by Chris's services. She is unlike other realtors and goes the extra mile . I would give her 10 stars if I could because she truly deserves it. I was on the hunt for investment properties and she listened intently on my needs and goals and she was able to deliver. You can tell she is service driven and works hard for her clients. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Real Estate: I represent a brand name company and commissions are negotiable for seller listings. Property Management: Flat fees offered for convenience and savings. We are full-service and conduct complete tenant background checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?To establish a business relationship with a new client; I will schedule a personal meeting to exchange information and introduce my services to ensure that they meet client standards and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a Realtor since 2002 serving the Inland Empire and adjoining communities along the Foothills.... Los Angeles to San Bernardino. I have an active Real Estate License as well as a Mortgage Loan License (NMLS #922387). I assist with managing Property Management properties (single-family and multi-unit) for new and seasoned investors; and maintain great relationships between landlord/tenant. I also have great communication & negotiation skills..... building great partnerships have led to my success and that of my clients.
