Jorge and his team were absolutely amazing and easy to work with. We hired Pro Efficiency Services to renovate our 1300 square foot townhouse by removing existing flooring and replace them with porcelain tiles and vinyl planks. We remodeled our two bathrooms which consisted of new tiling, vanities and a custom shower and added recess lighting throughout. We had several other companies quote on the project but in the end we went with Pro Efficiency because they had competitive pricing, great past job examples to show for and to top it off, Jorge's personality was fantastic. They were attentive to our vision and easy to communicate with.

I was half way across the world when I got a call that the flooring in my rental unit was trashed and needed a quick replacement before new tenants arrived. Thank goodness these guys came through and even accommodated me by using an international texting app to communicate and share updates. They picked up the materials, dealt with an unexpected lock out with grace, and finished the project very quickly!
