- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge an hourly rate to get started and start learning about your business with a focus on how we can add value. Ideally, within 3 months, we will have the basic accounting up to date and rockin' but we'll explore everything we can do that would bring real value to your business and structure a value based fixed fee contract to work in real partnership together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to provide the best advice to new clients in terms of discussing their business and accounting needs and designing a solid game plan to fulfill and surpass their requirements - short term, medium term and long term!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Accounting degree and was a Certified Management Accountant in the UK. I am a Xero Silver Partner, Quickbooks ProAdviser and a Hubdoc Partner as well as having established partnerships with ADP, NetChex, Beyond (Merchant Services), TSheets Pro and veem (Payments Processing)
