My vacation planning services are available to you at no additional cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Planning the perfect vacation can involve so many different elements. After an initial consultation, I will provide one or more options that meet a customer's needs, wants and budget as close as possible. Once a choice is made and the necessary information is received, I will place the vacation on hold and provide the complete details to the customer so that the required deposit or payment can be made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a College of Disney Knowledge Graduate, Universal Orlando Specialist, Royal Caribbean Master of Adventure and AMResorts Master Agent. Additionally, I have also completed trainings from Princess Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line and various all-inclusive resorts. I continually seek out new training opportunities to learn about new destinations that interest my clients.
