- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client interview is conducted for incite about lifestyle, fitness goals, concerns, fitness experience, injuries, limitations. I want to learn as much about my client and their lifestyle. This is very important for the client's healthy lifestyle adaptation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Power House Pilates Certified in Mat 1, Mat 2, Pilates with Prop, SCW Personal Trainer Cert., M'lis Wellness Coach, Gravity Pilates Trainer Series, Group Fitness Cert. AFAA & NETA.
