FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first talk with a new client, I usually like to get a feel for them and their business. I figure out what it is they're looking for, and how exactly I can exceed and perfect their vision. I like to build long lasting relationships with clients, not just something that'll last for the one project - but a relationship that'll last for years to come!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the last six years that I've been doing this, I've built sites for all sorts of individuals and businesses. In my portfolio, you'll find lawyers, doctors/dentists, construction companies, e-commerce stores, amazon sellers, blogs/news sites, martial art studios, actors, painters, musicians/composers, restaurants, startup companies, Kickstarter crowdfunding projects, jet companies, car companies, lighting companies, prop builders, real estate companies, lending companies, soap companies, beer brewers, consultants, public speakers, authors, and more! - The list is constantly growing!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can give to someone looking to hire a web designer is to make sure that they feel the designer is going to make their project a priority. And also, to understand that in this business, you more often than not get exactly what you pay for. When customers are just looking for the cheapest one around - they more often than not either don't get what they're looking for - or find someone who is extremely unresponsive. I can't tell you how many times I've had customers that come to me, telling me about their bad experiences and how they wish they had found me first!
