I get you moving better and feeling better, streamlining your body... my clients tell me that they have gotten better results, faster, easier, and with less effort, pain, or sweat than any other trainer or fitness program they have been on. I started working with Scott wanting to improve physical fitness, but being limited by pain in my lower back and right hip. I've worked with him 3 times a week, and we're on week 8 now. There is no doubt that I am stronger and able to do things I couldn't do before. When I started, I had trouble doing a simple squat. While we're still working to improve that motion, we've made big improvements, and I'm now squatting with weight. In every day life, I'm starting to tackle things I had backed away from doing such as grooming my dog and yard work. One big driver for going to Scott was my desire to continue attending martial arts classes with my kids. I could see that my physical limitations were impacting my performance in class and would eventually limit moving up in belt levels with them. I'm now hopeful that I'll be able to continue martial arts with my family until we make it to black belts! As an added bonus, I've seen significant changes in my body's appearance. I've lost weight and can see muscles where I couldn't before. Scott is super smart, persistent, and fun to work with! More than anything he genuinely cares about making the lives of his clients better and diligently works to that goal.

Very knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise. Helped me to understand how to eat healthy without giving in to processed foods. Has made all the difference in how I look at nutrition, I now read all labels to make sure they are the right foods, clean and healthy.

Scott is probably the most knowledgable trainer I have met. He understands diet, proper movement and the body on a PHD level. He helped me with some nutritional advice that helped me to get over a chronic illness I had for over a decade. I would highly recommend Fitness Aloha and Scott.

Scott is a world class trainer. He has worked with my wife and I for injury rehab, athletic conditioning and body sculpting. His knowledge of exercise and safe and effective training techniques are incredible. As I chiropractor, I have been so impressed with Scott that I regularly refer patients to him for injury rehab and strengthening.
