- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client the first thing I do is figure out their vision for the event. I ask them the size of the venue, how many people are attending, what type of music they’re mainly looking for to create the experience they’re seeking. After we establish a mutual understanding I encourage them to create a login on my website that will keep track of any & all updates necessary leading up to the event. This includes a full section to implement songs or playlists for the night, adding or taking away equipment per request, sending an online invoice so my customers have a copy of the event information, and even leaving an e-signature so nothing has to be done on paper. My goal is to give the customer the easiest most convenient booking experience possible.
