- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our journey will start with an initial discovery session. During this time together we will accomplish 3 things: 1. We will review your current situation in detail along with your desired ideal outcome(s). 2. We will both get an idea of how working together would look and feel. You want to be both comfortable and confident with your coach before making any commitments. 3. You will walk away with a vivid picture of both the current situation, and your desired future. We will also discuss plans, including reviewing some ideas for our continued work together. Package pricing is available. Discounts apply to longer engagements to accommodate our work towards your goals. First responders and active military receive a 10% discount - Thank You for your service. I require a commitment of at least three sessions after our discovery session. While most engagements are for 3+ months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an initial discovery session for us to get to know each other. You will share the details around your situation and your ideal outcome. After hearing the details, if we have a match, I will share some ideas on ways we can work together. It is my goal to provide tangible value-added coaching during this discovery session so that you come out of this conversation with new ideas and perceptions. That way, even if you opt-out of continuing to work together you will have received some new ideas for your time investment. If for any reason your needs are out of my service range, I will be able to suggest an alternative provider for you. Preferably we will “meet” via video calls. Skype, Zoom, and FaceTime are all options for the calls.
