I/we will move furniture, appliances, household goods, whatever you need done. We are Reliable, Clean, Hard working, and we know how to move things properly. Just let me know what your situation is. If you need help planning your move or just need help doing it feel free to call. Rates are negotiable and reasonable. Single dads needing to make extra money here. We will not move anything unlawful or unsafe! Were just looking for win win situations here to help people out and make some extra money. We enjoy helping people. What sets us apart is the fact that we are professional, reliable, and we take care in moving your items with consideration for how they will fit, how they will transport, and how they will move with the goal of getting it moved without damaging anything through the process. I have used Mike Baxter and his various helpers on many of my moves over the past few years. I buy and remodel homes and resell them, as well as own rental properties, and as a result, I often move into one of my properties for a period of time. I collect antiques and art, and therefore, I would never allow one of the corporate moving companies to touch my valuable possessions EVER AGAIN. Mike is well trained in the fine art of moving expensive items…conversely, if I need him to get rid of some items in one of my rental properties fast, such as an old refrigerator, and do it on a paper thin budget, Mike is THE guy! He is very polite, hard working and does not have time for small talk during a job. He is laser focused on getting it done, on time, with nothing scratched or dented, and with you, the customer, ending up very happy. At the end of the job, then he will take a breather. As an Interior Designer to the very well to do on the shores of Lake Tahoe, it was my job to move older items out of their homes and replace them with new items. I know how difficult it can be to find someone who is capable of REAL White-Glove Service…someone who can remove their shoes, put on gloves if necessary when moving an upholstered piece, and tip toe quietly across those inlaid wood floors while carrying heavy furniture and appliances. Mike is capable of all of the above. If it is a much more ‘fast and get-it-done’ type of move that you need at a reasonable price, Mike is the best at that as well. Unlike most of the movers you will find online who have zero experience in caring for your items, Mike can move fast AND make sure the dishes don’t drop on the concrete AND he won’t charge you several times the initial quote at the end of the job…which is what most movers do. He can pack a truck so that items do NOT shift, which is the major cause of breakage and damage to items… in the business of moving. I have spent a lifetime using every moving company around, as well as every mover online in my area, and I ALWAYS had my items damaged. Mike is the only mover who has moved me many, many times and has never left a scratch on any item. He is a good person, a good soul, a good father, and he served our country. Moving is hard… even with the very best, it’s still hard. But I can trust Mike with all my treasures.
