- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system typically is pretty standard although we take into consideration the scope of the job as well as Our Senior/Military Discounts that we offer. That is why I like to get to know my customers before making bids when possible so that I can explain what we offer as well as what discounts we give.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to talk to my customers face to face so that we can get to know each other a little and find out exactly what the project is to insure they are getting the results they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been Trained by the best in the business I was fortunate enough early in my career to work with such Honest, Intelligent, Hardworking, Men/Women who took the time to teach me their talents.
