Introduction: I make sure my students have a solid foundation in reading notes and counting rhythms. I encourage them to play with dynamics and expression. I keep students engaged with popular songs and classical music. I help students learn to practice on their own by teaching them to pinpoint trouble spots and focus on them. I enjoy seeing students progress to more advanced pieces as they improve their music reading and technique, and learn to practice independently. I enjoy helping students learn to play music that they love. I love hearing students play with expression when the play a piece they are fond of.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$41 for one-hour lessons, $33 for forty-five minute lessons, $25 for half-hour lessons
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually just start out with a lesson, unless parents want to have a meeting first. I start the lesson off by asking them play some songs for me to see what their level is. If they have issues with that song, I work on that piece. If not, I just move on to a new piece.
