- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, each project is different. I don't qoute by phone. I must go to see the surroundings for each project and make sure my customer feels comfortable and secure about my service, or services I'm or will be performing for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get his or her address phone number and schedule an appointment to check out the project, prior to qoute them as other companies do! not sure how they can do that. I would rather spend an hour or more if is necessary to visit my new customer and discuss his or her needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always on top of everything. since I remember I've been taking safty classes and attending to seminars. you never stop learning.
