FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because our clients all have different needs and goals, we can't entirely standardize pricing. For example, someone wanting to workout twice per week isn't going to pay the same price as a client training 5 days per week; furthermore, group training isn't the same price as private 1-on-1 training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a comprehensive physical fitness assessment, initially. It involves various measurements and tests for body fat, body girth, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, anaerobic capacity, and cardiovascular endurance. Establishing a baseline level of overall fitness helps to increase accountability as well as allow us to track the various changes throughout your body from month-to-month. After the assessment, training sessions are programmed based on your individual goals and progressed from week-to-week, month-to-month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have various levels of education from a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, to a graduate from the National Personal Training Institute. Our trainers hold various Nationally Accredited Certifications including: National Strength & Conditioning Association - Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, American College of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer, American Council on Exercise - Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified Trainer, National Personal Training Institute - Kettlebell Training Certified.
