- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event has a different need. I try not to standardize pricing by event or time. A blanket pricing scale doesn't fit for most of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I typically have a phone conversation with the potential client to make sure I am the right fit for them. A face to face meeting is encouraged (distance taken into consideration) , to have a more personal feel and I often have the contract signed at this meeting. After that it's on to planning the event. Close communication is key to a great outcome.

On the job training. A life long love of music.
