I had an immediate need to hire someone to mow, trim and edge at a reasonable price. Mike's quote was excellent and various additional services are available at more than reasonable rates. I wasn't expecting to find someone to hire for lawn care service on the first day in, but Mike was affordable, patient and willing to address all my questions and concerns. Hopefully, the results of the services performed will exceed my expectations!

I have a corner lot in a 55 and older retirement complex. The neighbors are very particular about their lawns. I was given hardy compliments on the lawn after it was manicured. It was truly a job well done. I look forward to working with Dogwood for a long engagement.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate pricing model for lawn care based on lot size. 0-.25 acre, .26-.5 acre, .51-.75 acre, .76-1acre etc.. We offer 25% discount for weekly customer and 15% discount for every other week customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer any and all questions the potential customer may have. From there, we setup an account for the customer that will allow scheduling, bill payments and any other general support the customer may have.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've loved mowing ever since I was in elementary school.
