What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally it's best to schedule a phone call as soon as possible to discuss job needs and details. In some cases, namely larger or commercial photo shoots, it will be best to meet in person to discuss details. Once we establish a mutual understanding of what is to be expected we can then formally establish a working relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13+ years of involvement and work in photographic arts.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
At 16 years old I was gifted a Canon AE-1 35mm film camera and with that a deep passion for photography began.
