- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set clear expectations with all of our new clients on what they can anticipate their experience to be with us. To that end, we prefer to run our new clients through a 20-30 minute interactive demo to fully explain the rental process, some do's and don't's about being a landlord, and to review rental pricing, and our fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dodson Property Management is proud to be one of less than 10 companies nationwide to hold both the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as being distinguished as a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Many of our team members also hold their own personal certifications from these two organizations.
