It was a horrible experience with Wash Enterprise. Firstly at the time of making an appointment call, they claimed that they have quoted incorrectly. However, later they agreed to honor the price as they have already quoted for(i did not really push them hard to accept for it.). They make an appointment for 3 days after. I took time off from work waiting for these folks. No one turned up until 5. I tried calling multiple times and they never answered. Finally i get a call back at 8:30 PM claiming that they were not able to make it because of equipment failure. After that they started negotiating on bumping the price up again after promising a price on the first call. I felt that they are very unprofessional and Unethical to work with. I had to pull back from hiring them.

There was a miscommunication in the price quote where we responded with a competitive bid to pressure wash your house, site unseen, for $100 however the customer wanted us to perform the house washing and roof washing for the same price $100 price. When I advised that it would cost us more than that to do the job, the customer attempted to pressure us into performance. We did have an equipment failure which resulted in us needing to reschedule the job. We offered a price to do the roof cleaning once it was understood we could not do both scopes of work for $100 and the customer then decided to go with someone else. We wish you well with your projects.

House washes are generally charged out at $0.10 - $0.15 per sq ft. Roof washes start at $200 and up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and take a look at the project. Something depending on conditions, more time may have to be invested or stronger chemicals may have to be applied to get the area totally clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WASH804 takes pride in our work which means staying abreast of industry standards, tools, chemicals, and applications. We attend training classes on an annual basis.
