- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not offer refunds. Please understand that once you’ve booked me I have then blocked off that date to other potential clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My booking process is very simple. Once you decide to book I will send you a short easy to read contract that you can sign electronically, then I will send you an invoice and payment will not be due until the week before the events. Once contract is signed payment will be due the date set on that contract, no refunds. Please understand that once you’ve booked me I have then blocked off that date to other potential clients.

I have a Bachelors if Fine Arts.
